Your Telegram ID is required for registration. Your WhatsApp ID is optional while the platform is migrating to Telegram.
How to get your Telegram ID:

in your riders Telegram group and the bot will reply with your ID.
WhatsApp ID is optional:
If the platform switches to WhatsApp, type
HELP
in your riders WhatsApp group and give the ID to the super admin to update your account.
